Terms of service

These terms govern use of VIP Early Access, provided by Firesio.
The agreement
These terms are an agreement between the company named above and the merchant who installs the app. By installing or using the app you accept them. If you install it for a company, you confirm that you may bind that company.
What the app does
The app lets a Shopify store run VIP early-access launches. It groups customers into VIP tiers from tags, total spent or number of orders, opens each tier earlier than the public time, shows a countdown and a VIP page on the storefront, and stops checkout for customers whose tier is not open yet. Checkout protection covers online store checkout, express checkouts and staff draft orders. It does not cover Point of Sale.
Fees and billing
The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed by Shopify with your Shopify invoice, at the price and interval on the pricing page, and you can change or cancel a plan from Shopify at any time without contacting us. A plan's limits apply only to new work: a launch that is running is never stopped by a plan change. We tell you before a price changes, and a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
Acceptable use
You may not use the app to break the law or Shopify's terms, to interfere with other stores or with the app's infrastructure, to probe or get around its protections, or to resell access to it.
Availability and support
We run the app on Cloudflare and work to keep it available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service or a fixed response time. Support is by email, at the address on the support page. The app depends on Shopify and on your theme, so a Shopify outage or a theme change can affect what shoppers see.
Liability and warranties
The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales or profit from a launch that did not run as you intended, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Termination
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the law. About 48 hours after you uninstall, Shopify asks us to erase your shop, and we then delete its data from the app, as the privacy policy describes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and the courts there hear any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.
